This property is great for families or weary business travelers looking for their home-away-from home. As our primary home that we rent out when we’re out of town, you’ll find all the touches of home that other rentals won’t have. That means – extra spices and oil! Lots of pantry supplies! Also our clothes in some of the dressers! This is a real home, not a sterile environment.
This property has a terrific backyard space, complete with a firepit. Grill up a tasty meal for the family on the shady back deck, or head to the stocked gourmet kitchen. Retreat to any of the bedrooms to catch your favorite show – every bedroom has its own Smart TV.
Please note that while guest pets are not permitted due to previous negative experiences, the home is not animal-allergy free – we have a small dog and while all rugs were steam cleaned and HVAC air filter changed prior to transition to guests and the dog is not allowed on the beds/couches etc, we cannot guarantee there will be no trace allergens in the house.

Guest Requirements
We are opening our home to you and in return ask that you respect our home, neighbors and community. We welcome guests that are:
- Primary booking guest aged 25 and over (families/children welcome!)
- Not local
- No gatherings/ events or additional guests allowed on premises
- Rental agreement, ID and refundable security deposit scheduling ($500) required within 48h of booking
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payments
1st payment is 50% of the total, due upon booking.
2nd payment is the remaining 50%, due 30 days prior to arrival. It will be charged to the card used for the initial booking, unless guest specifies another preferred card.
Every booking requires a fully refundable security deposit of $500. This amount is not included in the booking total as it is refundable. The security deposit is a standard hold placed on the card 2 days prior to arrival and is released 2 days after the successful stay.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your stay, we will provide a refund as follows:
If 30 days or more prior to date of check-in, 97% of the 1st payment will be refunded. 3% is withheld to cover the credit card processing fees, which are not able to be recovered. If the cancellation within 29 days of check-in, there are no refunds.
For extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
Respect the Neighbors
As you know, our place isn’t a hotel in a commercial area – it’s a home in a residential neighborhood with close neighbors. So, we have some basic courtesy rules to help respect the neighbors.
- Outdoor quiet hours start at 10 PM and the property’s outdoor spaces close.
- No additional guests allowed on premises, at any time.
- Do not park in or block neighbor driveways.
Please be advised that if your intent is to party, this isn’t the right fit – you’ll be removed from the premises.

There’s free street parking for 2 cars directly on the street in front of the house. We’re right off both major highways so getting around via car is easy.
Public Transit
We don’t recommend MARTA public transportation for this location due to its limited nature. The house is on a bus route but requires 1-2 transfers to get most places.

Have a blast: Try out an e-scooter or e-bikes that you can find throughout the neighborhood and city. Super fun trip to ride downtown!!
